Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is in need of a Remote Senior Real Estate Project Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing and managing project documentation and coordinating documentation revisions and distributions
• Coordinating meeting scheduling and communications plan
• Entering project information and data into project management technology tools

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions
• Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations
• Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines
