Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Real Estate Transactions Program Management Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategic site recommendation and transaction advisory services inclusive of location due diligence, analysis and ratings based on business success criteria
- Selecting sites; managing the transaction and lease/purchase negotiations
- Serving as point of escalation for lease negotiation or other property issues in partnership with facilities management and lease administration

- Proven strong communication and consulting skills
- Prior experience with delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
