Job Summary

A global business services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Rebate Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Obtaining, compiling, analyzing, interpreting, researching, auditing, testing, and entering OEM and Lender incentive information into multiple proprietary data bases for syndication through various product offerings
  • Applying highly specialized knowledge of automotive vehicle information, vehicle build data, customization of each OEM/lender, originate and maintain numerous details and data sets
  • Understanding all aspects of assigned OEM/Lenders

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5years of experience in related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office, pivot tables, access data bases and CRM Tools
  • Ability to read and develop structured and fact-based programs from data feeds/access points, PDF and Excel documents
  • Experience reading, understanding and applying automotive OEM incentive programs to consumer interaction tools and vehicle sales transactions
  • Demonstrated strong math, research, self-management, and analytical abilities
