Job Summary
A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Recovery Resolution Analyst .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Initiating phone calls to members, providers, and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits information
- Ensuring adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies, and contract compliance
- Using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate’s Degree (or higher)
- Experience working with medical claims platforms
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of claims processing systems and guidelines/processes
- Coder Certification (CPC or CCS or equivalent)
