Job Summary
A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Recovery Resolution Analyst .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Initiating phone calls to members, providers, and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits information
- Ensuring adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies, and contract compliance
- Using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
- 2+ years auditing professional claims experience
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- 1+ years experience of UHC platforms – COSMOS, Facets, CIRRUS, UNET, ISET and CPW
- Knowledge of health insurance business, industry terminology, and regulatory guidelines
