Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Recovery Resolution Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform Claim adjustments as well as first pass claims processing
- Review member claim history on the UNET Platform
- Work in applications such as UNET / TOPS, EDSS, IDRS and HOST ORS
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of claims processing experience on the UNET platform with complex adjustments within the past 12 months
- 2+ years of experience in applications EDSS, IDRS and HOST ORS
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry and creating spreadsheets)
- 1+ years of experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex systems
