Job Summary
Owning the entire hiring process, the full-time Remote Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles while building a proactive talent pipeline in a remote-first marketing agency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across marketing, sales, creative, and operations
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and niche agency communities
- Coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and offer logistics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
- Proven ability to fill roles within 30 days
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an asynchronous work culture
- Experience in both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
- US-based with availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours
