Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for the legal industry
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 3 year recent high volume, fast paced recruiting experience  
  • Must have proven experience with screening/interviewing experience
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
  • Extreme sense of urgency and detailed oriented
  • Excellent customer service delivery and professionalism
  • Strong presentation skills verbal and in person
