Job Summary
A consulting business needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Manage the candidate and the hiring manager throughout the full lifecycle process
- Conduct robust requisition strategy meetings
- Develop, deploy, and re-direct sourcing strategies by role and/or function
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required
- Extensive experience working as an end to end hands-on recruiter
- Track record of successfully performing as a trusted partner across various client groups
- Ability to assess and resolve issues
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment campaign strategies
- Experience conducting robust telephone screens and face-to-face interviewing
