Job Summary
A technology consulting services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Find hard-to-find cleared and non-cleared talent across the US
- Serve clients within the Federal Government, DoD, Intel and Commercial spaces
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Extensive experience recruiting IT professionals with a full spectrum of clearances DHS, DoD and Intel
- Demonstrated success hunting candidates with experience in a broad range of IT products
- Must be comfortable recruiting for both long term and short term roles
- Ability to negotiate salary/rate with W2 and 1099 employees and consultants
- Must be comfortable working virtually and achieving consistent results
