Job Summary
A global clinical development organization has an open position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating temporary and temporary-to-hire recruiting activities
- Applying best practices, company tools and methodologies effectively and efficiently
- Utilizing an understanding of relevant employment laws
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of Staffing/HR or Recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of labor and employment law is preferred
