Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Own and manage the recruiting process through the entire candidate lifecycle
- Develop job postings, conduct interviews, present and negotiate employment offers, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated track record of building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting (tech and business experience is highly desirable)
- Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing active and passive candidates
- Experience partnering with teams and clients, including senior management
