Job Summary
A payroll infrastructure startup is filling a position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Kick off roles, source, recruit, close, and assist in onboarding new team members
- Build high-trust relationships with hiring managers and interviewers
- Improve our candidate experience by thinking creatively and holistically
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience
- Care deeply about creating a high-touch experience with candidates, interviewers and hiring managers
- Get excited about the challenge of creating a recruiting function from scratch
- Be passionate about constantly learning and evolving your sourcing techniques
