Job Summary
A cybersecurity software and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to develop business-driven recruitment and workforce planning strategies
- Acting as a business partner to functional teams to drive recruitment process with internal clients
- Maintaining and updating our ATS to ensure accuracy for reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 5 + years in Full-Cycle Recruiting for technical positions
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced SaaS Solution Sales environment
- Advanced internet searching skills, cold calling, networking, leveraging referrals and ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously; effective in both a structured and ambiguous environment
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Ability to manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process providing a positive experience with company that promotes our brand in the marketplace
