Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of recruitment agency experience doing hands-on recruitment
• Must have placed / hired 50+ people throughout your career
• Know how to source using LinkedIn and engage via LinkedIn and email
• Be familiar dealing with challenging roles, clients, and hiring managers
