Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company has an open position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Recruit passive candidates
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive research
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- 2+ years of experience advising and influencing leadership positions
- Combination of agency and internal corporate recruiting experience
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
