Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define goals and strategy for our recruiting practice
- Scout extraordinarily talented and hardworking people from diverse backgrounds
- Build and drive creative sourcing initiatives to engage with passive candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Ability to Manage pipeline activity and share data-centric updates
