A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting Full-Cycle Recruitment across a variety departments including Client, Product, Sales, and G&A roles
- Ensur the company upholds each stage of its Interview Process from role intake meeting to the early stages of on-boarding
- Conducting thoughtful candidate interviews with a spirit of curiosity to identify skill and culture matches for each role
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience with full-cycle recruitment in an Agency or In-House Environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Comfort with Ambiguity - Proactive and Assertive nature
- Dedication to upholding process with a Team Player attitude
- Knowledge and understanding of the SaaS industry and business model
