Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading/Driving the development and execution of recruiting initiatives
- Ensuring an incredible candidate experience for everyone
- Accurately managing data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting
- B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent
- Understanding of the recruiting life cycle, from candidate development to client management
- Experience working in a small company (ideally a startup)
- Strong business acumen, with an interest and ability to learn our product
