Remote Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Senior Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing, prioritizing, and closing searches to achieve 4-6 hires per month
• Building effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches for candidates
• Providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of knowledge and progressive experience of full lifecycle recruitment, selection, and negotiation techniques
• Strong detail orientation, determination, and passion for advisory client relationship
• Experience maintaining clean data hygiene within our systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of the organization
• Experience with a variety of modern sourcing methods, common office tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems
