A molecular diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Own full recruitment process
- Maintain data integrity
- Negotiate and deliver offers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a BioTech company focusing on Executive and Sales roles
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships
- Strong LinkedIn and social sourcing skills, including Boolean Search skills
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
- Track record of thriving under pressure and deadlines
