Job Summary

An IT solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being responsible to attract, train, and keep the best employees
  • Deploying skills to identify candidates who fit within the organization's culture
  • Applying experience recruiting employees for a federal contractor for information technology services

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors' Degree in human resources, information technology, business or related field
  • 5 years' recruiting experience
  • 2 years' recruiting experience for information technology (IT) roles
  • 2 years' recruiting experience as an employee for a federal contractor
  • Have above average ability to seek out competitive markets to source potential candidates
