Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Recruiter in Miami.
Must be able to:
- Own full recruitment process from launching, interviewing & assessing to offering & partnering with HR to ensure smooth onboarding
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, keeping all necessary stakeholders informed and, in the loop
- Advise hiring managers & support with job specs/descriptions, interview training, feedback & overall delivery of talent acquisition process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience, experiencing full-cycle recruitment at high-growth tech startup for roles across multiple teams at various levels
- Knowledge and comfortability with various recruiting tools and platforms
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
