- Demonstrating a track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment
- Ensuring regulatory as well as client specific compliance
- Participating in the creation of sourcing strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 – 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Corporate/Staffing/RPO environment
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
