A recruiting company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Demonstrating a track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment
• Ensuring regulatory as well as client specific compliance
• Participating in the creation of sourcing strategy

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5 – 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Corporate/Staffing/RPO environment
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
