Job Summary

A healthcare staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Recruiting Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Leverage referrals by building vast HP network in order to convert more new business with less cold-calling
  • Develop proactive staffing strategies with Sales department to align regional sales efforts towards high supply markets and geographies
  • Model best demonstrated practices, 1:1 and team, to motivate, encourage and transfer knowledge & skills

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Maintain level of required performance at Recruiting Consultant position
  • 2 years sales or recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
