Job Summary
A software company specializing in IT disaster recovery is in need of a Remote Senior Recruiting Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the face of the company, supporting and communicating with candidates as they move through the interview process
- Being the point-person for all candidate questions and ensure they have a positive interview experience
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders to streamline the hiring process
