An online retailer has an open position for a Remote Senior Recruiting Marketing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning
- Using data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness
- Being the evangelist for the candidate experience in owned markets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in an applicable discipline such as Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy and execution
- Past experience building, optimizing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in virtual and geographically distributed teams globally
