Job Summary

A global contract research organization has a current position open for a Remote Senior Recruitment Strategist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Triaging and tracking proposal requests
• Creating budgets in user-friendly budget tool
• Creating patient recruitment strategy for clinical trials based on indication, protocol, client goals and recruitment history

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced critical thinking skills
• At least 5 - 7 years' experience in one or more of the following: Writing proposal/strategy documents, creating strategy, clinical trials, and/or patient recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to achieve visual transition of text into graphics, charts or diagrams
