Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Regional Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building, managing, and maintaining all TAM (Technical Account Manager) activity for our top accounts in our US Healthcare Segment
- Accelerating customer outcomes and success with company solutions, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and deeper strategic relationships
- Managing healthcare TAM business in the western region, accountable for business metrics including TAM bookings, revenue, margin, renewals, and utilization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of technical team management and leadership
- Experience running a P&L and operational precision
- Experience selling software and/or services
- Demonstrated understanding of modern datacenter and hosting operations
- Experience negotiating and subcontracting professional services
- BS/BA/MA/MS/MBA Degree
