Job Summary

A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Regional Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building, managing, and maintaining all TAM (Technical Account Manager) activity for our top accounts in our US Healthcare Segment
  • Accelerating customer outcomes and success with company solutions, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and deeper strategic relationships
  • Managing healthcare TAM business in the western region, accountable for business metrics including TAM bookings, revenue, margin, renewals, and utilization

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of technical team management and leadership
  • Experience running a P&L and operational precision
  • Experience selling software and/or services
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern datacenter and hosting operations
  • Experience negotiating and subcontracting professional services
  • BS/BA/MA/MS/MBA Degree
