Job Summary

A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Registered Nurse Call Center Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supervising nursing and administrative staff to ensure quality initiatives, including forms and procedures as required
  • Monitoring department workflow and schedule to ensure productivity standards are met
  • Ensuring staff records are kept updated and submitted in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Texas, without restriction
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience in a managed care setting
  • 2+ years of experience in a Lead and/or Supervisory role
  • 2+ years of experience in HEDIS/Star programs, preferably in a clinical quality consultant role
  • 2+ years of experience in provider facing interactions, including provider education
  • 2+ years of experience with data analysis and/or quality chart reviews
