Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Registered Nurse Call Center Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising nursing and administrative staff to ensure quality initiatives, including forms and procedures as required
- Monitoring department workflow and schedule to ensure productivity standards are met
- Ensuring staff records are kept updated and submitted in a timely manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Texas, without restriction
- 4+ years of healthcare experience in a managed care setting
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead and/or Supervisory role
- 2+ years of experience in HEDIS/Star programs, preferably in a clinical quality consultant role
- 2+ years of experience in provider facing interactions, including provider education
- 2+ years of experience with data analysis and/or quality chart reviews
