Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Registered Nurse Specialty Benefits Clinical Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Filing reviews in response to questions posed by the Claim organization
Providing short clinical consultations with claims specialists and others
Providing analysis of clinical data pertinent to medical underwriting

Skills and Requirements Include:

Licensed Registered Nurse (active in the state of practice)
5+ years of clinical experience
Proven ability to document interactions and manage activities (diaries) in accordance with departmental standards
Demonstrated ability to adhere to established service standards, volumes and turnaround times
Proven ability to accurately track all types of medical referrals (RN & MD) in the database
3+ years of clinical review experience in the evaluation of disability, critical illness, and other Financial Protection claims
