Job Summary
A dental plan system and benefits carrier is filling a position for a Remote Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating and mentoring regulatory compliance analysts with the development and implementation of compliance programs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with and influence the business in providing regulatory filing strategy of form, rate, network, entity filings, compliance, etc
- Providing complex research, review, and detailed analysis of state-specific regulation, legislation, mandates, and filing requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of recent relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of health care industry issues and understanding of compliance, audit, or risk management functions
- Working knowledge of insurance terminology
