Job Summary
An insurance and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring all state insurance laws, regulations, and bulletins
- Drafting policy forms, endorsements, notices and all related legal correspondence
- Coordinating and submitting insurance rate, rule, form, and other regulatory filings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years of experience in a like position
- Ability to manage concurrent projects
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels and various departments
