Job Summary
A human resources software developer is in need of a Remote Senior Regulatory Product and Compliance Counsel Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to build the regulatory and compliance functions
- Advise on anti-kickback, corporate practice, telehealth, and other state and federal legal regimes
- Manage international legal review
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of regulatory and compliance experience at a healthcare or health technology company
- J.D. from a top law school and excellent academic credentials
- Experience providing strategic guidance on healthcare regulatory matters
- Experience with and/or understanding of compliance issues confronting the healthcare industry
- Experience advising on product matters and launches in a highly regulated space
- Admission to a State Bar in good standing
