Job Summary

An information technology services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Release Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work alongside software engineering teams to implement infrastructure changes needed for future releases
  • Support and improve tools for continuous build, automated testing and release management
  • Understand the build process and identify bottleneck areas for improvement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer with overall 6+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Significant technical experience in release automation engineering, Continuous Integration, DevOps, or related role
  • Experience with infrastructure management tooling such as Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS services
  • Leader and problem solver
  • Strong intra-team communication and ability to express ideas
