Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Remedy Information Technology Service Management Developer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide technical leadership and training
  • Perform peer code reviews
  • Generate operational reports and KPI analysis as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing BMC Remedy ITSM
  • 5+ years of experience in writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects
  • Ability to troubleshoot applications at the workflow and database level
  • Able to troubleshoot application logs
  • Have customization experience in ITSM 19.08 and later
