Job Summary
A software platform development company is in need of a Remote Senior Renewal Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving incremental and/or organic upsell that may be tied to the renewal
- Facilitating the renewals process in partnership with the Account Manager for a portfolio of customers
- Developing and implementing strategies to reduce churn and drive customer success
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Very strong organization and time management skills
- Experience creating new processes and ways of working
- Proven success in a Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Operations role
- Experience building credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of the organization
- A strong understanding of how to balance the needs of the customer with the overall needs of the business
- A strong understanding of how to leverage internal teams and cross functional resources to drive action towards a desired outcome
