Job Summary

A software platform development company is in need of a Remote Senior Renewal Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving incremental and/or organic upsell that may be tied to the renewal
  • Facilitating the renewals process in partnership with the Account Manager for a portfolio of customers
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce churn and drive customer success

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Very strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience creating new processes and ways of working
  • Proven success in a Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Operations role
  • Experience building credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of the organization
  • A strong understanding of how to balance the needs of the customer with the overall needs of the business
  • A strong understanding of how to leverage internal teams and cross functional resources to drive action towards a desired outcome
