Job Summary

A real estate and rental platform is seeking a Remote Senior Rental Property Client Strategist.

Must be able to:

  • Handle customer Success for multifamily client relationships
  • Immediately support account and property-direct customer service needs
  • Support the Head of Client Services with recruitment and management

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of on-site property experience or account management experience
  • Experience leading a call center, in-house sales, leasing or account management team
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM Systems
