Job Summary

A software development firm is in need of a Remote Senior Reporting and Data Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating weekly schedules
  • Monitoring and evaluating call out percentages
  • Using sound judgment in order to make recommendations that will drive continuous improvement

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong working knowledge of WFM Scheduling and Forecasting methodologies
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of contact center metrics
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Call routing and scheduling in a skills-based environment
  • Experience supporting Omni channel contact centers
  • 5+ year's experience leading and transforming Workforce Planning & Analytics
