Job Summary

A non-profit research institute is filling a position for a Remote Senior Research Economist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Leading project teams, including managing communication with study sponsor, study design, budget, and timeline
Leading collaboration with a study sponsor to design a study that is appropriate for the sponsor’s objectives
Leading and contributing to the health preference assessment scientific literature and mentoring team members in developing scientific stature

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

PhD in a quantitative social-science field
Experience in leading survey-research projects
Experience leading and mentoring research teams, managing research project budgets, timelines, and compliance with ethics and other procedures
Quantitative research experience
Proficiency in the design and analysis of discrete-choice experiment surveys and other stated-preference methods
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
