Required Skills:

• Senior engineering manager with 9+ years of industry experience
• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Passion for building scalable and performant back-end platforms
• Ability to dive deep and create architecture that stands the test of time and growth
• Ability to take an active role in building high performing teams and in mentoring both engineers and managers
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and the ability to hire, sustain and build a top-class team
