Job Summary

A pharmacy and medical organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Resource Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creates and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly resource, workflow, and output schedules
• Identifies schedule variances
• Provides retrospective analysis of schedule performance and forecasts

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 11 to 14 years of experience
• Advanced Excel skills with a General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
• Extremely Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
