Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Senior Resource Planning Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Complete all emails within 24 hour Service Level
  • Complete attendance adjustments for late arrivals, early leaves and No Call No Show’s
  • Check site attendance line and update Attendance Log

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least one year prior work experience is required in call center related and/or payroll environment
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Adept at researching and problem solving
  • Proficient in data collection and data entry
  • Good time management skills
