Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Senior Resource Planning Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete all emails within 24 hour Service Level
- Complete attendance adjustments for late arrivals, early leaves and No Call No Show’s
- Check site attendance line and update Attendance Log
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least one year prior work experience is required in call center related and/or payroll environment
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- Adept at researching and problem solving
- Proficient in data collection and data entry
- Good time management skills
