Job Summary

A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Resource Planning Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Checking site attendance line and update Attendance Log, WFM Schedule & WorkBrain
Completing attendance adjustments for late arrivals, early leaves and No Call No Show’s
Ensuring all employees’ timecards are updated

Required Skills:

Proficient in data collection and data entry
At least one year prior work experience is required in call center related and/or payroll environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
Adept at researching and problem solving
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
