Job Summary
A privately-held energy company is seeking a Remote Senior Retail Energy Supply Operations and Risk Manager.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Wholesale & Retail Energy Operations
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing commodity risks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 10+ years of experience in energy operations, commodity risk management, portfolio optimization, and hedging
- Analytical skills required for retail pricing, risk assessment, and transaction structuring
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex market data
- Strong working knowledge of Power ISO markets
- High level of proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of VBA and SQL
