Job Summary

A design, development, and manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Retail Production Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Accurately applying troubleshooting and technical skills and processes
  • Collaborating and coordinating with multiple teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Solid understanding of FTP, Telnet, Ping, DNS, DHCP, WINS, SNMP, HTTP and LDAP
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server technology
  • Proficient in application development tools
  • Understanding and experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and Topology
  • Familiar with database structure
