Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Retention Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Assist with test planning and development
  • Partner with adoption marketing to help prioritize focus areas
  • Leverage data-driven customer segments

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in an analytical role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative discipline
  • Proven track-record of impacting business performance with analytics
  • Advanced SQL Skills (Presto, Hive, Snowflake)
  • Experience using Python, R, SAS or similar for analyzing and using statistical methods
  • Experience working with Salesforce
