Job Summary

A financial software and business solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Retirement Plan Adjustments Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Completing intermediate to advanced adjustments to correct plan participant accounts
  • Contacting other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems
  • Processing retirement plan adjustments

Required Skills:

  • 12 months of prior RPS Operations adjustment or Omni transaction processing experience and/or knowledge
  • Solid understanding of the Omni system and transactions associated with adjustments
  • Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel PC application software
  • Solid mathematical ability
  • Demonstrated ability with excel and calculator text to perform mathematical equations
  • Basic knowledge of ERISA guidelines
