Job Summary

A digital healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Senior Revenue Accounting Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing, coaching, and training staff (team of 12) to improve processes to absorb new responsibilities and tasks
• Ensuring accurate AR/revenue and cash application transactions (invoices, credits, etc.) are prepared
• Overseeing and providing leadership in the Order-to-cash cycle

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8-12 of years of AR and GL experience
• At least 3-5 years of management experience
• Order to cash experience, with a focus on scalability of systems and processes for growth
• Advanced Excel skills and comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
