Job Summary

A not-for-profit medical group practice company is seeking a Remote Senior Revenue Cycle Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide direction to professional and supervisory staff in the Revenue Cycle
• Assure the integrity of revenue and billing information for the company to be appropriately reimbursed
• Establish key performance indicators with scope of responsibility to effectively manage staff and outcomes

Qualifications Include:

• 10 years of specified experience which includes at least 5 years with supervisory / management experience
• Bachelor degree in business, healthcare, Finance, or Fraud/Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of financial and information technology, and business planning is required
• Demonstrated analytical experience and strong personal computer, communication, project management skills
• Must have a history of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
